Mixing Machine Assembly and Testing Successfully Completed

Langbo Machinery has completed the assembly and internal testing of a High-Speed Mixing Machine used for polymer material preparation, including PVC, PE, and various additive blends commonly used in extrusion and granulation processes.

The system consists of a standard hot mixer paired with a cooling mixer, designed to support consistent material blending, controlled heating, and efficient cooling. All contact parts are made of stainless steel, and the unit is equipped with temperature monitoring and safety interlock functions for stable day-to-day operation.

During the factory test run, the mixer maintained steady rotor speed, uniform temperature distribution, and smooth discharge. These results reflect Langbo Machinery’s focus on stable mechanical design and reproducible mixing performance.
